Thank you for your interested in being a NACA® Live partner, which includes in-kind or monetary donations to enhance the convention experience for attendees or volunteers. The registration hype person will create excitement and a high level of energy as the NACA® Live experience begins. This person is the first to greet delegates in the registration area, and the main goal is to get them excited for the rest of the convention. 


​Conference Attendee Buttons

​The NACA® Live Committee wants to provide buttons to delegates for key events of the conference such as kickoff, keynote or Campus Activities Marketplace. This can be an opportunity to provide "Why I NACA" buttons.

The new sensory room will provide a therapeutic space with a variety of equipment to provide attendees a chance to decompress and regain calm and focus to be better prepared for learning and interacting with others.

We are looking to provide three Massage Chairs and Chocolate, as well as sensory room-friendly activities, such as calming jars and stress-relief objects and toys.

​Headphone Technology 

​All Attendees

​At least 120 headphones available for attendees. Must have the ability for a maximum of three speakers.

​NACA® Live is debuting a new educational format called Learning Pavilions. These innovative and intimate spaces will feature a unique blend of headphone technology and 20- to 30-minute live presentations. Attendees will have the flexibility to come and go, and they are the perfect space to connect with peers about campus trends and hot topics.

​A key focus of NACA® Live is "Doing Business at NACA." The planning team would like to provide incentive items to encourage block formations, such as branded cups or other giveaways. Your logo can be included on these items.

​Closing Celebration: NACA After Dark

​The NACA® Live Committee wants to 

Be part of a student-focused, fun glow-in-the-dark event to close out NACA® Live. The atmosphere will be a late-night party vibe: black lights, glow sticks, moving lights, games, music (either DJ or silent disco).  Items may include: glow lights, light-up games, glow sticks, light up balls, music, glowing food, photo booth, anything glow-party themed! We hope to feature many partners at this event! 


​Volunteer Celebration

​The National Volunteer Development Team wants to gift attendees take-away novelty items from the volunteer celebration. These items can be photos, caricatures, etc.
