An Important Transition to NACA Conferences Starting Fall 2027

Beginning Fall 2027, we will sunset the traditional NACA Conference model and launch a new experience that prioritizes education, professional development, and intentional networking, that we are currently calling NACA LABs (Learn. Apply. Belong.) Curriculum will be focused on practical educational content addressing the needs of campus programmers. This institute-style approach will integrate associate members as educational and experiential partners within the curriculum rather than focusing primarily on showcase and exhibit hall formats. We anticipate two NACA LABs will occur in the Fall 2027, and one will occur in the Spring 2028. Note, this conference transition will not affect NACA Live, which will continue as our flagship national convention experience.

We will also introduce a separate “creating belonging” conference experience based out of Riverside, CA that focuses on hospitality, customer service, and fostering belonging. This new experience will incorporate a Disneyland excursion into the curriculum.
