Description:
Believe it or not, it is possible to have important, complicated conversations in ways that use humor and engagement to keep attention and still remain respectful.
Based on the popular, interactive, educational program, Sex Rules, this workshop will show an effective approach at tackling challenging topics like consent, healthy relationships, bystander intervention, toxic messaging, the neurobiology of trauma, sexual misconduct and interpersonal relationship violence in a way that’s both digestible and memorable for students and administrators alike.
It's a refreshing new way to an age-old conversation.
Participants will learn active strategies to cultivate a sense of support, prevent emotional burnout, and harness humor for both engagement and healing. Learn to create cultures where difficult conversations lead to growth, understanding, and lasting change. Oh, and some people will win prizes!

Presenter: Briana Hansen of Sex Rules & Feeling Risky
Audience: Undergraduates
Description:
Effective substance education isn't about belittling, lecturing, or giving people rigid rules.
It's about empowering students to better understand themselves so they can make choices that are in line with the type of person they want to be.
In doing so, they can take steps daily towards living the type of life they want to live. That's the inspiration behind the popular Feeling Risky interactive educational program, which will be the basis of this workshop.
In this workshop, we'll focus on choices, judgment-free information, and general personal risk management. We'll discuss how biology, society, peers, and culture all play a part in our urges. And we'll show how interaction and play make these lessons last even longer.
Plus, prizes for people who play along!
Featured Workshop
Presenter: Dr. Brittany Greene of Crowned Financials LLC
Audience: Undergraduates
Description:
The Currency Code™ is an interactive financial empowerment workshop that helps students decode, establish, or redefine their relationship with money, credit, and self-worth. We’re not just talking budgets, we’re reprogramming how students think about currency in all its forms. From navigating student loans and credit cards to building financial confidence and real-world strategy, this session equips students with a practical system to shift from survival mode to power moves. Participants learn about the various unique “Money Identities,” explore limiting beliefs around wealth, and walk away with a system they can apply right now as they learn about financial concepts waiting for them on the other side of graduation. The Currency Code™ helps students claim their worth, protect their bag, and build a legacy rooted in confidence before the physical money reaches their accounts!
