Beware of Bogus Hotel Email & Telephone Solicitations!
As we approach NACA Live, you may receive email or telephone solicitations from unknown parties offering to help you register or book hotel rooms for NACA events. NACA is NOT using third party vendors for registration or hotel accommodations! If you have any questions as to whether an email or telephone solicitation is a verified NACA communication, contact Member Relations or call the NACA office directly.

Conference Hotel Block Requirement

All registered delegates of the event are expected to stay inside the conference hotel block. If you do not stay in the conference hotel, or you choose to book outside of the block, you will be assessed an additional fee of $100 per member of your delegation. If you are not booking a hotel due to your close proximity to the conference site or other unique circumstances, or are not able to secure rooms using the booking link, please email [email protected] to avoid being assessed this fee. Hotel reservations should be made using the booking link(s) by the reservation deadline listed.
