Special volunteer opportunity - Onsite Foundation Ambassador

Support the NACA Foundation at regional and national conferences by staffing the Foundation booth, engaging attendees, sharing information about Foundation programs, and assisting with onsite operations.

Responsibilities

• Staff the Foundation booth during conference hours.
• Engage attendees and promote Foundation initiatives.
• Assist with booth setup, breakdown, and onsite support.
• Represent the Foundation in a professional and welcoming manner.

Time Commitment: Approximately 10-12 hours per conference, including:

• Pre-conference training
• Booth staffing during the conference
• Setup and breakdown support
• Post-conference debrief
