Certification recognizes the knowledge and skills that student affairs educators have gained through both education and work experience, guides ongoing learning through professional development, and helps advance careers in the field. The NACA Foundation offers financial assistance via the Professional Development Grants to individuals seeking the Core and/or Campus Activities specialty.
