Consensus from Mid-Level Professionals on Campus Reengagement Post-Pandemic - JCAPS Vol. 8 Issue 2

This Delphi study collected student engagement strategies used to reengage students post-COVID in campus activities. Integral to student engagement leadership, mid-level student affairs professionals possess the skills and experience to guide entry-level staff and advise senior-level administrators in decision-making. This study sought consensus from mid-level campus activities professionals to identify recommendations for successful event planning, coordinating, and programmatic interventions needed to connect with students post-COVID.
