Emerging Scholars Cohort

What is the Emerging Scholars Cohort?

The NACA/JCAPS Emerging Scholars Cohort is designed to cultivate scholars from within the campus activities profession. This summer writing cohort will provide participants with coaching and mentoring in their writing; each participant who completes the program will produce a manuscript suitable for review in JCAPS or other scholarly publications. The cohort will be led by Dr. Jan Arminio, who has an excellent record of scholarship in the field of student affairs and a connection to the practice of campus activities. Questions? Contact Member Relations.

Registration

Enrollment is limited to 30 participants and the program is $50 for NACA members.

The Cohort will utilize "accountability partners" – one person from within the cohort, and one person from within each participant's home institution.
