Exhibitor Information

• You must have a current associate membership to attend and exhibit at a NACA Conference.

  • National associate members can exhibit at all NACA Conferences, as well as NACA Live. 
  • Regional associate members can only exhibit at one NACA conference per membership year (the membership year is May 1 - April 30).
• If you're planning to attend a NACA Conference, you must secure at least one exhibit booth in the Campus Activities Marketplace and at least one Full Conference Registration for each conference you wish to attend. 
• Be sure to read the rules of the marketplace in the Associate Conference Guide to understand what is and isn't permitted. If you're planning to do demonstrations of any kind (close-up magic, etc.), you'll indicate that on the booth information form you'll receive in your booth purchase confirmation email and will need to ensure you have the proper insurance and permissions, if needed.

NACA Hartford Additional Booth Options

• 10x30 = $1,750 with 2 Full Conference Registrations
• 20x20 = $2,000 with 2 Full Conference Registrations
• 40x40 = $3,500 with 3 Full Conference Registrations
• Attraction space is available at $5 per square foot

Equipment for the larger booth sizes at Hartford will vary and do not include electricity. Note that the Connecticut Convention Center is a union site and any large-scale attractions will have additional labor & load-in costs, pending vehicle type. Please contact Toire Vince with any questions.
