Important Updates for 2026-27 Conference Season:
- Associate members DO NOT need to purchase a booth in order to submit to showcase or submit an educational session proposal. However, if you are selected to showcase or to present an educational session, you will need to purchase a booth and delegate fee in order to attend the conference.
- There are new immersive, offstage performance opportunities for speakers, novelty/interactive programs, and roving musical & novelty artists. (See the Sponsor Prospectus for more information)
- We are continuing to offer a second-chance showcase opportunity, the "People's Choice Showcase" for NEW artists with minimal tech needs. (See page 37 for more information)
- Educational session presenters are eligible to showcase, if chosen for both.
- There are early, regular, and late registration deadlines to help you save more by registering earlier!
- All registered conference attendees are expected to stay inside the contracted hotel block. (See page 47 for more information)
- NACA Santa Clara will have a table exhibit set up this year, rather than utilizing traditional pipe & drape.
