Associate Membership Policies
General
- Please reach out with any questions before paying your invoice, as membership dues are non-refundable.
- The membership year is May 1-April 30, regardless of your join date. Your membership will end on April 30, 2026.
Events & Exhibiting
- There are additional costs associated with attending, showcasing, and exhibiting at NACA events. See the below pricing table for details.
- A national membership is required to attend NACA Live.
- All associate members attend NACA events as exhibitors. Booths and conference registrations are sold separately – your booth does not include a registration. If you are planning on attending a NACA event, you will need to purchase at least one booth and one full registration for your company/act. Additional registrations and booths can be purchased as needed. Anyone attending the event will need some form of registration. Available registration types include a regular/full registration which covers one person for the entire event, and Day Pass registration which covers one person for one specific day.

- All registered delegates of NACA conferences and NACA Live are expected to stay inside the conference hotel block. If you do not stay in the conference hotel, or you choose to book outside of the block, you will be assessed an additional fee of $100 per member of your delegation. If you are not booking a hotel due to your close proximity to the conference site or other unique circumstances, or are not able to secure rooms using the booking link, please email [email protected] to avoid being assessed this fee. Hotel reservations should be made using the booking link on the NACA website by the reservation deadlines listed.
- NACA does not guarantee any form of business or number of bookings because of membership, nor do we guarantee any number of attendees per event.

Showcasing
- Showcase opportunities are via application, and showcasing is not guaranteed to any member. There is a $180 fee to apply, and a fee if you are selected; this fee varies by showcase category and event. See showcase fees and categories for NACA Live here - page 3 and for conferences here - page 10.
- National members can exhibit and submit to showcase at all NACA Conferences, as well as NACA Live.
- Regional members can only exhibit and submit to showcase at one NACA conference per membership year (May 1-April 30).
