The Regional Showcase Selection Committee plays an active role in determining who will appear on the showcase stage at the NACA® Regional Conferences. The Showcase Selection process involves reviewing audio/visual and printed material submitted by NACA® associate members, and building showcases following discussion and deliberation.
Review showcase submissions for emcee, lecture, roving artists, special event, spotlight high, and spotlight low following NACA® Showcase Selection process

Slate the appropriate amount of diverse agencies, performers, and types of production, following NACA® Showcase Selection process
Committee members shall remain anonymous to prevent any contact from Associate members, artists, and/or agencies
Committee members must submit all of their travel expenses to the NACA Office within 10 business days of the regional conference
Committee Members must be a representative (staff or student) from member institution from their respective region
Committee Members must have approval from and support of their institution prior to appointment to the position (note: support is defined as financial, as well as time out of the office, etc.)
Prior attendance at an NACA® regional conference is not required, but is preferred.
Applicants must not be a current or former employee or intern of an NACA® associate member firm or agency, nor may they plan to be employed by or serve as an intern with an associate member firm or agency within the next year. The membership of the committee must remain anonymous through the selection process. The committee membership will be sensitive to the representation of the Association (i.e. school location, size and type of institution, gender, ethnic background, etc.).
covers the cost of transportation, meals, and lodging for the selection meeting. Applicants will be expected to attend the entire showcase selection process.
Term of Service
Commitment dates vary based on region. Showcase Selection Committee meeting dates vary but last for an average of 5-6 days. See application for more information.
