Overview

Assists with the overall facilitation and implementation of all aspects Campus Activities Marketplace operation and policy enforcement.

Specific Responsibilities

Reports the same day as the full RCPC.
Helps staff the NACA® booth during Campus Activities Marketplace.
Assists with the load-in and load-out process for associate members.
Works with the Campus Activities Marketplace Coordinator to manage voting processes for on-sight selection.
Plans and implements various CAMP activities (i.e. Campus Activities Marketplace Bingo and/ or similar activities) to add to the overall atmosphere of the Marketplace.
Helps recruit on-site CAMP volunteers.
Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of, and ensures adherence to, NACA® policies and procedures, as well as other applicable laws and regulations.
Attends all regularly scheduled regional meetings, when possible.
Submits at least one educational session for the regional conference by the deadline.
Adheres to minimum guidelines for regional conferences.


Qualifications

The Assistant Campus Activities Marketplace Coordinator should be a professional staff member at an NACA® South member institution.
The Assistant Campus Activities Marketplace Coordinator must have approval from and support of their institution prior to applying.
