Regional Leadership Team volunteers are focused on fostering connections, strengthening the NACA community throughout the year, working as a team to execute outreach/activity that promotes continual learning, bring members together, collaborate with Association staff to offer in-person programs, and introduce NACA to new campuses/artists.

Regional Leadership Team Chair: responsible for guiding, facilitating, and delegating tasks to the Regional Leadership Team.
Communication Coordinator: collaborates with Regional Leadership Team members to promote regional programs and events, as well as coordinates the production and distribution of conference marketing, publications, signage, and materials.
Conference Committee
Conference Committee Chair: responsible for managing the planning and execution of the conference.

Conference Treasurer & Registration Coordinator: responsible for sound fiscal management of the conference budget, financial procedures onsite, and assists with on-site registration at the regional conferences.

Hospitality & Attendee Engagement Coordinator: responsible for school member orientation sessions and for setting up, coordinating, and staffing an information desk or table throughout the conference.

Student Networking Coordinator: responsible for identifying, coordinating, and facilitating all student networking opportunities at the regional conference. (student volunteer)

Marketing Competition Coordinator: runs all aspects of the competition to highlight the creative marketing efforts of NACA school members. (student volunteer)

Student Hospitality Coordinator: responsible for assisting with student orientation sessions and staffing the information help desk throughout the regional conference. (student volunteer)

Showcase Selection & Marketplace Coordinator: facilitates all aspects of the regional showcase selection meeting process

Showcase Selection Committee (8): plays an active role in determining who will appear on the showcase stage at the NACA® Regional Conferences.

Showcase Production Coordinator: facilitates all aspects of the presentation of showcases at the conference.

Stage Crew (6): plays an active role in supporting the load-in, load-out, sound checks and performance components for all the acts that will appear on the showcase stage at the regional conference. (student volunteers)
Membership Team
Membership Team Lead: leads the membership team to develop and implement opportunities to enhance the member experience including supporting recruitment, retention, and renewal efforts; advancing year-round business connections; recognizing volunteer contributions; and implementing regional fundraising initiatives supporting the NACA® Foundation.
Education & Inclusion Team
Education & Inclusion Team Lead: plans and executes regional educational programs related to student development, professional development and associate development of programs and facilitates communication between regional volunteers and the NACA Office.
Volunteer Development & Graduate Interns
Volunteer Development & Graduate Intern Coordinator: manages the recruitment, selection, training, and retention efforts of the regional volunteers and graduate interns.

Membership Graduate Intern: provides support to the Membership Team while becoming familiar with NACA governance, programs, and professional and leadership development opportunities. (graduate student volunteer)

Business Connections Graduate Intern: provides support to business connections while becoming familiar with NACA governance, programs, and professional and leadership development opportunities. (graduate student volunteer)
