NACA® Summer Leadership Event is a leadership development program for student leaders and professional staff.
The Summer Leadership Event utilizes Disney Youth Education Series (YES) Programs that are relatively consistent from year to year. We welcome students and advisors to attend each year with the understanding that the curriculum does not change considerably. Each experience has the opportunity to be very meaningful because of the Magic that occurs at Walt Disney World.
Student Track will focus on:
Creating Inclusive Team Environments and Programs.
Peer-to-Peer Training and Supervision.
Advisor Track will focus on:
Incorporating Disney techniques into student leader training program.
Training and encouraging student leaders to create inclusive team environments and programs.
Coaching students for their roles as peer trainers and supervisors.
Helping students connect their student leadership experiences with employability skills.
Customer services techniques to improve campus relations.
Developing ideas to bring back to campus to share with other staff members to enhance their professional development.
All participants will engage in group and individual breakout sessions, as well as experiential activities in Disney Theme Parks.
Member Early Registration Fees and Deadlines:
$1,074 for Undergraduate Student until April 29
$1,479 for Professional Staff and Graduate Student until April 29
Member Regular Registration Fees and Deadlines:
$1,203 for Undergraduate Student after April 29
$1,656 for Professional Staff and Graduate Student after April 29
Non Member Early Registration Fees and Deadlines:
$1,342 for Undergraduate Student until April 29
$1,848 for Professional Staff and Graduate Student until April 29
Non Member Regular Registration Fees and Deadlines:
$1,503 for Undergraduate Student after April 29
$2,070 for Professional Staff and Graduate Student after April 29
Final Registration Deadline: May 13
Registration includes the following:
- Housing on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights (June 2, 3 and 4)
- Dinner on Sunday, June 2
- Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Monday, June 3
- Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Tuesday, June 4
- Breakfast on Wednesday, June 15
- 3-Day Park Hopper Pass
- Any tours associated with the event

NACA® Institute Refund Policy
Refunds for registration will be made only for requests received in writing at the NACA® Office prior to the early registration deadline. No refunds will be given for registrations after this date, however delegate substitutions may be allowed if the request is submitted no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the institute. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for any cancellation.
You must be 18 years or older to participate in this institute.
