The Regional Stage Crew plays an active role in supporting the load-in, load-out, sound checks and performance components for all the acts that will appear on the showcase stage at the NACA® Regional Conferences
•Trains with production company and Regional Showcase Production Coordinator to learn how to set up, operate, move, and tear down all production audio, visual, and backline equipment •Assists with load-in, load-out, sound checks and performances per standard production schedule provided by NACA® Office. •Committee members will be provided with Stage Crew apparel that must be worn at all times when in the Showcase Hall •Committee members must submit all of their travel expenses to the NACA Office within 10 business days of the regional conference
•Committee Members must be students from member institution from the respective region •Committee Members must have approval from and support of their institution prior to appointment to the position (note: support is defined as financial, as well as time out of the office, etc.) •Committee Members must be able to lift a minimum of 20lbs and be on their feet for long periods of time
Conference registration will be covered by NACA®. Lodging and meals are provided for one night prior to and the duration of the regional conference.
