Special Materials in Your Booth? Please Read
All food including candy or beverages, animals, and potentially dangerous or hazardous components to booths must be submitted to the NACA® Office in writing at least 30 days prior to the event and may require venue approval and additional permitting at the expense of the exhibitor. Animals may not be left in the booth overnight. If request is not submitted within deadline, approval is not guaranteed.  All other booth demos must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the start of the conference.
