NACA® Mid America - Important Dates


The at large positions serve to enhance and expand the current knowledge base of the AAG. Regional volunteer participation will not be necessary to be an associate at-large member.

Specific Responsibilities

● At-large members will attend monthly AAG conference calls
● Attend a minimum of two regional conferences, as well as the National Convention each year of appointed term at their own expense.
● Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of, and ensures adherence to NACA policies and procedures, as well as other applicable laws and regulations. ● Integrates NACA goals, initiatives, and relevant strategic plan objectives in all aspects of position responsibilities. ● Follows NACA’s Non-Discrimination, Diversity Advancement and Affirmative Action Principles to recommend others to fill available positions in the NACA leadership and takes the necessary steps to achieve a diverse Association both through the recruitment of volunteers and suggesting to the Board of Directors new or modified programs and services for the Association’s members. ● Additional responsibilities as assigned and agreed upon with volunteer supervisor.


At Large members must have worked with a National Associate company/firm or have been a self-represented National Associate Member for at least two years prior to their appointment. Must be national associate member in good standing with the Association. This membership must be maintained throughout their term. They also must have served on a RCPC, NCPS, or as AAG co-facilitator.

Term of Service

At Large positions will serve two years with terms staggering so that one position is appointed every year. Appointment shall be May 1-April 30.
