NACA® National Convention - Convention Hotels

Beware of Bogus Email, Telephone Solicitations!
As we approach the 2019 NACA® National Convention, you may receive email or telephone solicitations from unknown parties offering to help you register for NACA® events or to help you reserve hotel accommodations.

Buyer beware! NACA does NOT use third party vendors for registration or hotel accommodations!
If you have any questions as to whether an email or telephone solicitation is a verified NACA® communication, contact the NACA Office at (803) 732-6222.

Why book your hotel room in the official hotel block?

  • Low rates – The lowest rates have been negotiated for the event at hotels in the official hotel block. Booking in the official hotel block helps the event continue to offer the best, most competitive hotel rates for the future as well as keeping your registration fees to a minimum.
  • Support your association – While a hotel block helps ensure low rates for you, the attendee, when we do not meet the room commitment NACA may be held liable for the unsold rooms. Plus, the larger the sleeping room block, the more benefits for the conference such as reduced food and beverage, rental or audio/visual costs or free WiFi.
  • Convenience - Activities not in the convention center will be held in the hotel. So whether it is late at night or early in the morning, you will be close to all of the action.
