Website FAQ
I can't remember my login information, what do I do?
All you need to do is enter your email address and your login information will automatically be sent to the address associated with your accout.
Where can I change my password / user ID?
Once you are logged into the website you may follow this link to change your password. You can also change your user ID here.
How come every time I ask to retrieve my password it is different?
Due to the type of security that is in place for transactions and membership benefits we do not keep your password in plain text format. When you ask for your password, the system generates a random password and sends you the new password to the email address we have for you.
Why don't I receive any NACA emails?
If your campus/organization happens to use Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, this may affect you receiving emails, newsletters, password reminders, etc. To correct this issue, talk to your campus/organization technology department about white listing our email address.

Please note that NACA does not provide technical support services for data file and/or exportable data. Please refer to the user manual for your specific software.
What can I do with the information I download from the NACA website?
Data files and exportable data containing lists of the NACA membership roster are intended for the private, confidential use and convenience of NACA members in contacting other members and cannot be disclosed to others or used for any other purposes. The following activities are prohibited and may result in suspension of membership in the Association and/or other sanctions: reproduction, sale or distribution of this information; disclosure of contents to third parties; and use by members and third parties in a manner that conflicts or competes with the programs and services of the Association.
Due to the address verification software utilized by the US Postal Service, some addresses have been modified from their original submissions. These modifications occur as part of our software and cannot be overridden. NACA assumes no responsibility for inaccurate contact information submitted by members, including, but not limited to, telephone numbers, fax numbers and e-mail addresses.
PLEASE NOTE: Any e-mail messages that you may send utilizing addresses provided by NACA should follow the guidelines contained within the “CAN SPAM” Act of 2003. This law establishes three specific criteria for e-mail when messages are commercial in nature:
• Clear and conspicuous identification that the message is an advertisement or solicitation (not necessarily in the e-mail subject line; this requirement does not apply if the sender receives “affirmative consent” from the recipient to send the e-mail);
•An ability to “opt-out” electronically from future e-mails of this nature; and,
•A clearly stated and valid postal address of the sender.
The law also requires that once someone “opts out” of receiving future commercial e-mail messages, the sender of the e-mail is prohibited from transferring or releasing that “opted-out” e-mail address to anyone for any purpose. The “CAN SPAM” Act of 2003 applies to all e-mail messages sent by NACA members that are commercial in nature.
