School Membership
The National Association for Campus Activities™ (NACA) is a leader in providing networking, educational and programming opportunities to college programmers and campus activities professionals. Over the last five decades, we've evolved into the nation’s largest collegiate organization for campus activities, with programs and services designed to reflect the field’s increased responsibilities for student leadership development as well as entertainment programming.

What types of schools are involved with NACA?
We have more than 1,000 member schools from across the country including:
- Large and small institutions
- Public and private schools
- Two- and four-year colleges and universities
- Regional campuses and community, junior and technical colleges
Member schools have annual programming budgets ranging from less than $5,000 to more than $500,000. So whether you're a large school educating and entertaining tens of thousands or a smaller school looking to book great talent for smaller crowds, we're sure you'll find what you're looking for at NACA.

How Much Does it Cost?
Cost for NACA® school membership is based on your school's Full Time Enrollment (or FTE), as
required by the US Department of Education, and is calculated by dividing the school’s total number of credit hours taken by 15, a normal course load (check with your admissions office for your FTE).

Membership Benefits
When you join NACA as a school Member, you'll gain access to one of the largest campus activities networking and talent buying resources in the country. Here's what you'll get:
Access to the NACA National Convention: NACA hosts a National Convention each year in February; the largest campus entertainment marketplace in the country. This high-profile, high-energy, four-day event provides networking opportunities with other professionals, students and associate members. The Convention features:
- Showcases that give delegates the opportunity to view more than 80 live performances ranging from music and comedy to lecture and novelty/interactive programs
- Educational programs that focus on topics such as professional and student leadership development, programming, multicultural education, campus organization dynamics and advising, and current trends in the field of campus activities.
- The Campus Activities Marketplace (CAMP), where students and staff have the ability to meet member agents and artists face to face, and facilitate campus bookings
Regional Conferences and Other Regional Activities: In addition to the National Convention, each of NACA’s seven regions provides additional conference and meeting opportunities for members. Regional conferences, although shorter in span than the National Convention, also feature talent showcases, educational programs and the Campus Activities Marketplace plus opportunities for networking and information sharing.
Campus Activities Programming™ magazine: Published eight times a year, Campus Activities Programming™ magazine is a full-color publication featuring news and articles about campus activities, including articles written by both school and associate members. With a circulation of more than 3,000, Campus Activities Programming’s™ readership includes staff and students from campus activities, housing, diversity programs, orientation, student entertainment and Greek life.
Summer Institutes: NACA offers a series of educational institutes each year. These Institutes focus on student government, risk management, concert management, basic programming and more. NACA also offers professional development workshops, such as the National Leadership Symposium.

Block-Book Talent for your School: Through NACA's® online cooperative buying system (Block Book It Now!), schools in close geographic proximity can book an act for a consecutive series of dates; providing the act the ability to pool travel and other costs and charge everyone involved in the block a reduced fee for the performance. Active involvement in the CO-OP Buying process provides member schools the opportunity to significantly stretch their programming dollars.
Scholarships: The NACA Foundation offers numerous scholarships to graduate students, undergraduate student leaders, professional staff and associate members.
National and Regional Leadership Opportunities: Students and staff can develop and enhance leadership skills through our volunteer positions. Involvement in regional leadership teams, regional conference committees, the National Convention Program Committee or other NACA programs and activities can impact the field of campus activities, as well as strengthen your personal and professional skills.
Online Resources: Search hundreds of programming resources in our Digital Library, find other school and associate members easily with our Membership Directory, or submit a review of an artist who just came to your school through our Artist Performance Report (APR) system. And of course, catch the latest updates on the National Convention, regional conferences and Summer Institutes.
