If you are not a college or university, but you want to buy entertainment a Standard Affiliate membership might be for you. Standard Affiliate members include, but are not limited to, prep schools, cruise lines, etc.

Benefits of a standard affiliate membership include:

 Showcases: At the NACA® National Convention, regional conferences and NACA® Mid Atlantic Festival , standard affiliate members have the opportunity to preview hundreds of live talent showcases, ranging from music and comedy to lecture and novelty acts. These 15-minute performances give affiliate talent buyers the chance to directly experience the show and determine their level of interest.

 Block Booking: Block Booking allows schools and affiliates in close geographic proximity to book an act for a consecutive series of dates, providing the act the ability to pool travel and other costs and charge everyone involved in the block a reduced fee for the performance. Active involvement in the Block Booking process provides member schools and affiliates the opportunity to significantly stretch their program budgets, while building valuable leadership and communication skills.

 NACA® National Convention & Regional Conferences: In addition to the annual NACA® National Convention, each of NACA’s seven regions offers conference and meeting opportunities for members. These events, held in different locations across the country, provide:

• The chance to preview live talent showcases

• The opportunity to participate in Block Booking

• The opportunity to network face to face with school and associate members

Publications & Resources: 

• Individual subscription to Campus Activities Programming™ magazine and

• Access to the NACA® Online Membership Directory

• Affiliate members also receive member discounts on all resources and articles purchased from NACA’s resource library.
