Campus Activities Marketplace Fees: $235

Booth Demo Fee: $160 Booth can be purchased prior to the Showcase Application deadline. We encourage you to purchase booth space early, as some regions will sell out. For agencies that purchase booth space close to the Conference Program printing deadline, NACA cannot guarantee a listing in the Program.

Showcase Application Fee:  - $55 for electronic submission; $65 for traditional submission l More info Non-refundable; showcase applicants must be NACA members and purchase exhibit space by the showcase application deadline. Must be received by Nov. 25, 2008 - Training Showcase Application Fee: $30 (Only hard copy applications accepted)

Exhibit Information  

CAMP —  Mayo Civic Center, Auditorium Loading docks 5 & 6 are for the Auditorium. The loading dock is accessible off of Center Street. View the map. Once unloaded, your vehicle must be removed from the loading dock.

Booth Size & Furnishings: 8' x 10'; includes 8' high back drape, 3' high side drape, one company ID sign, one 6' skirted table, 2 side chairs, 1 waste basket. Electricity must be requested on the form provided by the decorating company in their service kit.
