Fees and Deadlines

Campus Activities Marketplace Fee: $250

Booth Demo Fee: $175 Booth can be purchased prior to the Showcase Application deadline. We encourage you to purchase booth space early, as some regions will sell out. For agencies that purchase booth space close to the Conference Program printing deadline, NACA cannot guarantee a listing in the Program.

Showcase Application Fees: $65 for electronic submission; $75 for traditional submission l More info Non-refundable; showcase applicants must be NACA members and purchase exhibit space by the showcase application deadline. Must be received by June 30, 2009

Showcase Categories & Fees (Fee is paid when selected): • Spotlight (High & Low): $240 • Special Events: $240 • Master of Ceremonies: $240 • Lecture Showcase: $240 • Roving Artists: $240 • Sampler Showcase: $100 Showcase Selection Notification Date: July 22, 2009 Notification will be sent by mail and e-mail. Results will be posted on our website.

On-Site Selected Showcase: YES, this region does have on-site selection.

Educational Session Deadline: June 1, 2009

Associate Member Delegate Fees & Deadlines $175 by Oct. 15, 2009 $199 after Oct. 15, 2009 $99 day pass $35 CAMP ONLY Pass - Individual (associate members only)
