So, what’s involved in submitting to showcase?
Here’s what you need to do and how much it all costs.

 Become a member of NACA or be represented by an NACA associate member company or firm. Not a member yet? Find out how to join NACA.
 Purchase an Exhibit Booth. The Campus Activities Marketplace Fee (booth fee) is $1212. You must purchase a booth to exhibit at an event in order to submit to showcase. 
 Submit the Showcase Application Fee and complete the on-line submission process. The fee is $95 if submitting on-line via Sonicbids and $105 if submitting hard copies of forms as provided in the Associate Member Convention Guide.

What happens after I submit my info?

After you submit to showcase, your materials will be reviewed by a volunteer group of student buyers & professional staff members from different colleges.

There are approximately 90 showcase slots at the Convention we’ll receive over 550 showcase submissions.

What happens if I'm selected to showcase?

There is a Showcase Performance Fee of $650-$850, depending on the type of showcase. This fee must be paid if your act is selected to showcase. All artists involved in the showcase receive passes for access to the event for the day of their showcase.

Any additional people attending for the conference will have to purchase appropriate passes prior to the Convention. Full Delegate Registrations are $312. One full delegate fee is included in the cost of your initial exhibit booth. Daily passes for additional individuals are available for as low as $50.

 Individual Artists
If you already have a Sonicbids account, simply login and click on the link above. Select the standard submission option and click the red “Submit My EPK” button. Complete the opportunity specific questions and confirm that your card will be charged the fee. *

If you’re new to Sonicbids, click on the link above. On that page, select the red “Create an Account and Submit” button. Simply go through the four step process to create your Sonicbids artist account and submit to the NACA showcase. *

 Agencies
If you’re new to Sonicbids, start at step #1.
If you already have an Agency Account on Sonicbids, login to your account and start at step #4.*

1. Go to www.sonicbids.com/signup.

2. Select that you are an agency/label and hit the red Go! button.

3. Fill out the account registration page.  When completed you’ll be taken into your agency account.

4.  If you already have all of your artists on your account go to step #5, otherwise

   - Click “+Add New Artist” to set up an artist account. 
  
   - If you want to add an artist to your account who already has a Sonicbids EPK, both you  
     and the EPK account holder (if it is different than you) must have the artist account holder
     write to Sonicbids at www.sonicbids.com/support or call 617.502.1388 to approve the add.
     The message should include the username for your multi-user account and the username
     of the artist’s Sonicbids account, and we’ll link them together for you.
 
   - When adding a new artist, you’ll be taken to a registration page to sign up.
 
   - Continue to add artists following the same instructions until all of the artists you want to
      submit are listed in your multi-user account (MUA).

5. Once you have all of your artists on your multi-user account (MUA), you can begin submitting them to the 2010-2011 regional conferences. To make a submission:
 
    - Click on the red “Find Gigs” button at the top of the page.
 
    - This is the Find Gigs page. Using the search bar, do a quick search for “NACA.”
 
    - Choose the NACA Conference you’d like to submit to from the search results. Click on the conference name to visit its Gig Listing.
 
    - At the Gig Listing, locate the “Submission Info” box on the right side of the page. Choose the artist you’d like to submit from the drop-down menu and then click on the “Submit” button. Fill out the submission form and pay for it using a payment method of your choice. If that artist’s EPK is inactive, you’ll be able to reactivate it for $1, for the purposes of your submission.

6. Once the submission is complete, revisit the NACA Conference gig listing to submit your other artists.

7. After submitting your artists, build their EPKs. You can get started here by clicking on the artist’s name in your Agency Console, and visiting the “Edit My EPK” page.
