Booth Size & Furnishings:
- 9' deep x 10' wide, with an 8' high background drapery and 3' high side divider drapery.
- (1) company I.D. sign
- (1) 6' foot skirted table and (2) side chairs with (1) wastebasket with liner.
- The Exhibit Hall is NOT carpeted. You may wish to order booth carpet in a color that complements your display.
- REMINDER: Electricity is not included in your booth fee and must be ordered from the Hynes Convention Center on the form provided by the decorating company in the service kit. ELECTRICITY WILL NOT BE PLACED IN YOUR BOOTH IF YOU DO NOT ORDER IT ON THE ELECTRICAL ORDER FORM IN THE EXHIBITOR KIT. Electrical orders do not go to the NACA Office.

The National Convention Decorator Kit is available online. This kit should also be used for shipping items to the facility as well as renting specific additional pieces for your booth such as carpet, signage, or furniture. Shipping instructions are included in the kit if you need to ship items for your exhibit booth.
