Account Affiliation
Complete the following steps and Sonicbids will know you’re a NACA member and entitled to the associated benefits at no cost.
Note: (Please have your NACA Account and Act IDs available to complete this process. This information can be found by logging into the NACA site, clicking on "Membership" in the main navigation, then selecting "My Membership").
All users
- Go to http://www.blockbooking.org (opens in a new window)
- After entering your NACA credentials, follow the steps below that correspond to your NACA membership

Associate Members (Agency)
New Associate Member (Agency)
- You will be taken to a page on the Sonicbids site.
- On this page you should click the button that says "I am an Agency".
- This will take you to the Agency registration process.
- Upon completing the registration, you will be prompted for your NACA credentials.
- Make sure to enter your Agency Account ID in the "NACA Account ID" field.
- Once you do this successfully, your affiliation with NACA will be validated in the system.
- You will next see a page entitled, "Sonicbids Affiliate". Choose the "Continue" button at this time.
- This will take you to a page reflecting a successful affiliation of your Sonicbids Multi-User Account (MUA).
- Clicking the link reading "Back to My Account" will take you to your main account page.
- You may begin adding artists to your roster by using the "Add New Artist" button. (When prompted for the artist’s NACA Account ID, please enter their "Act ID". The "Act ID" can be found by logging into the NACA site, clicking on "Membership" then "My Membership." The Act ID will be displayed with each individual artist).
- Please note: if you wish to change any information you entered during the registration process, you may do so under by clicking the "Edit Agency Profile" button on your account home page.
- If you have any further questions regarding the Sonicbids service, you may go to http://www.sonicbids.com/support.
Existing Associate Member (Agency)
- If you already have an affiliated Sonicbids account, you will be taken directly to your account at this point.

Associate Members (self-represented Artist)
New Associate Member (self-represented Artist)
- You will be taken to a page on the Sonicbids site.
- On this page you should click the button that says "I am an Artist"
- This will take you to the Artist registration process.
- Upon completing the registration, you will be prompted for you NACA credentials.
- In the "NACA Account ID" field, you should enter your "NACA Act ID". The "Act ID" can be found by logging into the NACA site, clicking on "Membership" then "My Membership." The Act ID will be displayed with each individual artist.
- Once you do this successfully, your affiliation with NACA will be validated in the system.
- You will next see a confirmation page entitled, "Purchase Confirmation".
- Your registration process is now complete and you may begin using your Sonicbids account.
- You may do so by clicking the button reading "Edit my EPK" which will take you to your account.
- Please note: if you wish to change any information you entered during the registration process, you may do so under by clicking the "Edit Profile" link under the "My Account" section of your account home page.

Existing Associate Member (self-represented Artist)
- If you already have an affiliated Sonicbids account, you will be taken directly to your account at this point.
